Order Processing & Express Delivery Times

All orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

Note: While we endeavour to deliver orders within our regular delivery times during sales periods, order processing and delivery times may take 2-4 business days longer.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.

Packaging

YourMajesty offers sustainable packaging for all of its products. Our packages are made from recyclable material and can be further recycled.

Receiving Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link in the Shipping email.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm.

We cannot deliver to PO Box, Parcel Locker or Freight Forwarding addresses. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.

Orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by receiving multiple shipping confirmation emails.

For delivery, we use DHL’s and/or FedEx’s Express Worldwide service

Free Delivery

Free delivery is available on orders over $500. There will be no additional charges at checkout or at any stage during delivery.

Express orders below $500: $20

Item Availability

Occasionally, stock levels may not reflect accurately on the Online Store and the items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is extremely rare.

If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Changes To Your Order

If you have entered incorrect address details, please contact Client Services immediately. Please note that no returns will be offered for selecting an incorrect item sizing or color.

If your order has already been processed, YourMajesty accepts no responsibility for any incorrect details entered.

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the client incurring redirection fees. YourMajesty reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

Order Details & Payments

Order details can be found in your confirmation email and in My Account for customers who were logged in when placing their order. Alternatively, you may contact Client Services for all Online Store and order enquiries.

Transaction processing is based in the US, your bank may apply international transaction fees.

Sale Policy

Sales only include selected styles and exclude all new season collections. YourMajesty does not offer sale price adjustments or any form of price matching.

This policy only applies to the YourMajestyOnline Store.
