When can I get my item?

We ship out your order within 2-3 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on where you are located. Rest assured that you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your item.

My item is damaged. How do I submit a return?

Before you send your item back to us, please submit a return request in our Contact Us form. Our customer service representatives will then reach out to you to gather more information as well as pictures. After an assessment, if your item is eligible for returns, please pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to us as goods returned.

Oh no! I accidentally keyed in the wrong details during checkout!
